Point of care diagnostics

OJ-Bio has a unique biosensor platform for real time diagnostic devices that diagnose diseases and monitor their progress or response to therapy.

Point of care diagnostic devices developed from this platform will be easy to use, use proven components, have inbuilt wireless connectivity and be suitable for large scale production.
Products developed from our platform will therefore have many applications for real-time diagnostics, mobile diagnostics, remote monitoring and near-patient diagnostic use. 

What makes our diagnostic tools different?

• Our platform is well developed and a range of working device, reader and sensor-chip prototypes are available to clients along with model systems and demonstration assays
• We are already in clinical studies for HIV, respiratory viruses and periodontal gum disease - but there are many other point of care diagnostic applications our clients can choose
• We own the intellectual property and can provide technology support and product development to clinical trial
• We can provide manufacturing facilities for trial batch, process optimisation, or full-scale mass manufacture of the diagnostic device or components, if needed.
